Our Services
Precision Milling & Turning
We offer both conventional and CNC precision machining of metal. We offer both prototype and production services, holding tolerances as tight at .0002. We recently added (2) STAR Swiss turning centers that further enhance our service capabilities.
Wire EDM & Hole Drilling
Reimel Machine can maintain extremely tight tolerances when drilling holes into virtually any metallic material, including high speed and carbide.
Maximum wire and hole depth of cut is 12”.
Surface & Cylindrical Grinding
Our surface grinding capabilities are 16” x 40”. OD/ID grinding capabilities are 12” diameter x 18” L.
The cylindricity tolerance we can achieve is as low as .0001.

Our precision honing capabilities range to 6”diameter.

Quality Control
All tools and equipment are calibrated to the National Bureau of Standards. Our coordinate measuring machine, the Zeiss Contra, is accurate to .00002. Our team ensures a precise final product with tolerances certified to +.0001.
