Quality Control Inspector - New opening as of March 2025
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience inspecting parts using Zeiss Contura CMM’s Inspection Equipment or similar inspection equipment.
$24/hour (based on experience) plus overtime
10 hour days (6:30 AM - 5 PM) plus an optional 4 hours (6:00 AM - 10 AM) on Saturdays
Has a solid understanding of reading customer drawings which includes: part orientation, geometric tolerancing, surface finishes and overall cosmetic appearances.
Ensures manufactured parts meet specifications by inspecting parts, reading blueprints, using measuring tools and documenting findings to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspections are a daily requirement.
Must keep records of material certifications, outside service compliances and dimensional reports. Responsible for ensuring safe procedures and practices.
Responsible to work with fellow quality inspector, as a team, to hold machinists to the level of quality Reimel Machine requires to maintain customer satisfaction and confidence.
Capable of inspecting parts using inspection hand gauging including but not limited to: gauge pins, venier calipers, bore gauges, Mueller gauges, thread and height gauges, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD micrometers and comparator use. Responsible for in-house tooling calibrations and certifications. Reimel Machine keeps a log of all tooling certifications that must be controlled and updated per the schedule.
A hoist is available for lifting heavy components but the job may require lifting parts up to 40 lbs(assitance will be provided whenever needed.
CNC Setup and Operator Day Shift
Must have 3-5 years of experience
$22/hour (based on experience) plus overtime
8-10 hour days (6:30 AM - 5 PM) plus an optional 4 hours (6:00 AM - 10 AM) on Saturdays
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (Haas, MAZAK, Miyano, OKK and Toyoda) to run parts made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel and plastics
Accurately read engineering drawings
Monitor machine functions such as spindle speeds, surface feeds, chip loads and tool weak to maximize machining efficiency
Experience using calipers, micrometers, go and no go gauges, etc.
Hold tolerances of +/- .005” to +/- .0002”
Meet production and deburring requirements while maintaining quality. This includes polishing on and or off the maching.
Manual Machinist/Prototrak
Must have 3-5 years of experience
$22/hour (based on experience) plus overtime
Work 8-10 hour days (6:30 AM - 5 PM) plus an optional 4 hours (6 AM - 10 AM) on Saturdays
Set up, program, adjust, and operate manual mills and lathes
Must be able to read blueprints, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and be safety conscious
Have good problem solving skills, be on time, committed, and up for daily challenges
